The event welcomed 78,000 visitors from 156 countries and 1,433 exhibitors from 49 nations. The fair showcased cutting-edge solutions for every stage of the supply chain, from raw material processing to finished product. Once again, LIGNA confirmed itself as the benchmark event for the woodworking industry.<br><br>As Jochen K\u00f6ckler, CEO of Deutsche Messe AG, the organizing company, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ligna.de\/en\/news\/news-articles\/ligna-2025-inspires-and-motivates-the-industry\">said<\/a>, \u201cDespite advances in digitization, <strong>nothing can replace the experience of seeing machines in action live<\/strong>.\u201d After five days in Hanover, we fully share this sentiment, certain as K\u00f6ckler is that innovation, technological progress and passion remain the best prerequisites for new investments. Ingredients that were certainly not lacking at LIGNA.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ninety-three percent of the visitors were industry professionals, 60 percent of whom hold management positions (and 44 percent in senior management). Among the most represented countries were Poland, Italy and Austria, followed by the Netherlands, France and Belgium-strategic markets for Salvador Machines.
