SUPERPUSH 150
The Superpush 150 machine, together with the 200 and 250 models, completes the Superpush series by Salvador. It is the direct technological evolution of traditional cutting methods, a machine capable of increasing productivity, rationalizing the production process and increasing the yield of wood. The result of over forty years of innovation, continuous technological research and experience in direct contact with the end customer, it represents the ideal automatic cutting centre: simple, economical, precise and productive. Versatile and flexible, it gives the possibility to switch between the pusher mode and the stop mode by a simple touch, also allowing the automatic optimization of the table.
The SuperPush 150 is therefore an entry level optimising saw suitable for both small productions and just in time jobs. The structure is sturdy and the components are the same as those used in higher category machines. The machine is equipped with a large touch screen panel with an integrated numerical control and a simple and intuitive graphic interface. Programming of the cutting sequence can be manual or automatically optimized.

Really robust
Structure completely in thick and reinforced painted steel. Linear unit composed by toothed belt with inner steel cables and sliding guide with linear bearings.
Extremely flexible
You can switch between push/stop mode in a simple touch. Complete freedom in setting the cutting sequence either in manual or optimized mode.
Simple but technological
Despite the apparent simplicity, the machine comes with an electronic system of latest generation as advanced as those installed on higher end models.

Positioner installed on linear unit with toothed belt moved by the latest generation brushless constant torque motor, with very high efficiency and with digital servo driver.
- TOUCH SCREEN DISPLAY
Wide 15,6″ resistive touch screen with integrated NC and proprietary software.
- MAXIMUM PROTECTION
Certified retractable front protection plate for simplified pieces loading/unloading. Electric box separated and protected from vibrations and dust.
- WORK OPTIMIZATION
Working mode optimized/push/stop. Robust positioner for working in push and stop mode.

SUPERUP 500
The SuperUp 500 is the new semi-automatic crosscut saw produced by Salvador, an evolution of the historical Classic series. The machine has been improved by designing a more robust structure, a more accessible and simple adjustment system and a series of innovative options, such as the retractable front protection.

Upper pneumatic hood to block the pieces with electro-pneumatic management to adapt to different types of work.
- CUSTOMIZABLE
Wide range of stops and tables configurable as needed. Available with blade Ø500 or Ø550 mm.
- RETRACTABLE PROTECTION
Electro-pneumatic protection plate operator side with automatic retractable movement. Equipped with a safety system certified by a certifying body.
- ROBUSTNESS AND ERGONOMICS
Structure completely in thick and reinforced painted steel. Bimanual safety cutting control in an ergonomic position.
